Chinese Society of Astronautics will hold the 2nd China Space Conference from 23-25, April 2019 in Changsha, China. April 24 is China Space Day. Various activities will be organized during the session on Space Day, including news announcement, academic meeting, education and science popularization, business, exhibition and show.
On this Conference, the 5th International Symposium on Small Satellite Technology will be hold by CASSTA (Committee of Advanced Small Satellite Technology and Application in Chinese Society of Astronautics) on April 25th, with the theme "See the world, See the future".
The symposium aims to improve the development of space technology and science, expand the application fields, promote interdisciplinary integration, drive the construction of Space-earth integration network and services, and promote the development of commercialization and internationaliza-tion of small satellite.
The symposium is designed to bring together the international community including senior representatives of the major space agencies, industries, governments, policy makers, academia and NGOs. The leaders and academicians will provide high-level keynotes. The reports, communication and round tables discussions will focus on topics like modern satellite technology, application of software and intelligence, constellation, small satellite application, commercial measurement and control, and internationalization.
